The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator focused on completing daily lead-generation activities that support our business growth. You will also assist with marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Marketing Manager, brokers, and leadership to ensure a consistent and professional client experience across all channels.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain marketing materials, presentations, and brand consistency across digital and print platforms
• Execute campaigns and communicate performance to the Marketing Manager and leadership team
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
• Manage CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and provide clear, accurate communication to business owners, vendors, and internal team members
• Provide operational and administrative support, including onboarding and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing, operations, or strategic administrative experience
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and CRM/lead-generation tools
• Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
