Are you an AI-forward marketing leader ready to drive transformational growth? Provenir is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to establish a category leadership position and help propel our growth. As CMO, you will lead our global marketing efforts and help solidify our position as the market leader in AI-powered decisioning solutions for financial services providers.

What You'll Do

Set the Vision

Define and execute a global marketing strategy grounded in operational rigor, measurable performance, and scalable execution across demand generation, field marketing, digital programs, and marketing operations.
Position Provenir for accelerated market adoption through data-driven, geographically tailored strategies that expand pipeline, strengthen customer impact, and fuel sustained growth. Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, helping shape strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring marketing plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth and innovation goals.

Build & Inspire a High-Performance Team

Recruit, develop, and lead an accountable and outcomes-driven global marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Shape & Lead the AI Decisioning Category

Create market dominance by shaping the AI decisioning category through thought leadership, storytelling, customer and industry engagement.
Leverage multi-channel strategies to elevate awareness, influence buying decisions, and deepen customer loyalty.

Drive Revenue Acceleration & Pipeline Growth

Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies and optimize conversion across the funnel and drive predictable pipeline contribution
Continuously measure, iterate, and improve marketing campaign performance to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
Drive customer-centric marketing that generates pipeline, strengthens retention and fuels brand advocacy.
Using an ABM approach

Champion Innovation

Lead the marketing organization's digital transformation through AI-driven tools, automation, and insights.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to ensure Provenir remains a market disruptor.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape unified, enterprise-wide growth strategies.

What You Bring

15+ years of executive-level marketing leadership in B2B enterprise, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on financial services and fintech.
Proven experience scaling SaaS businesses through key growth milestones.
Full-stack, hands-on, strategic operator with expertise across ABM, brand, content, communications, digital, demand gen, field marketing and global operations.
Global mindset with experience leading across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC.
Domain expertise in AI-driven decisioning, credit risk, onboarding, and fraud prevention is preferred but not required
Superpower in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing
Proven ability to build and inspire high-performance global marketing teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
Strategic leader with a history of redefine market categories and driving thought leadership in competitive industries.
Data-driven decision-maker leveraging analytics and AI to optimize performance and scale revenue impact.
