Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign appeal
Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; utilize insights to refine content strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and e-commerce platforms that boost engagement and SEO rankings
Implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to increase reach and conversions
Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies
Maintain strong relationship management by engaging with followers, responding promptly to inquiries, and fostering community growth
Support public relations efforts by coordinating outreach initiatives and managing brand messaging consistency across channels

Experience

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content creation strategies for digital marketing success
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts
Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
Excellent communication skills with a passion for branding, relationship management, and public relations
