Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign appeal
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; utilize insights to refine content strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and e-commerce platforms that boost engagement and SEO rankings
  • Implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to increase reach and conversions
  • Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies
  • Maintain strong relationship management by engaging with followers, responding promptly to inquiries, and fostering community growth
  • Support public relations efforts by coordinating outreach initiatives and managing brand messaging consistency across channels

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content creation strategies for digital marketing success
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts
  • Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for branding, relationship management, and public relations
