Marketing Coordinator

Hours: Full time (office based)

My client is a growing force in the construction industry. They’re proud to lead with innovation, quality, and a focus on safety through multi-discipline access services and award-winning products through their Hire and Sales business.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Co-ordinator with in-house experience. You will work directly with the Sales & Marketing Director to help deliver impactful marketing that drives brand consistency across the group and fuels impact and growth across the group.

This is a hands-on, fully rounded marketing role – perfect for someone looking to broaden their skills and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, and trade channels
Support eCommerce growth through product launches, content, and promotions
Manage website content and structure with SEO best practices in mind
Liase with our outsourced agency partners
Co-ordinate marketing materials and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Support email marketing, including customer segmentation and automation
Help track and report on marketing performance across all touchpoints
Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all campaigns and materials
Assist with the launch of our eCommerce store

To be considered for this role, you will have

Demonstrable in-house marketing experience, ideally in an eCommerce or product-led business
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, social, email)
Organised and detail-focused with strong written skills
Comfortable using tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics and Hubspot
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and up for a challenge
Graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML/CSS skills a plus
