Marketing Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns across GTM systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and enablement of ongoing and new marketing campaigns and workflows

Build, execute, and QA marketing campaigns within the marketing automation platform using established templates and standards

Oversee tasks related to lead flow, including automation, workflows, and routing rules

Required Qualifications

2-5 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar role

B2B SaaS experience required

Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)

Exposure to customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Pendo)

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
