Senior E-commerce Growth Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the e-commerce platform, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention. Analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales data to identify key areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Plan and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests on website elements, landing pages, and checkout processes to optimize conversion rates. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) with a focus on e-commerce ROI. Develop and implement effective email marketing and SMS strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance the customer journey and website usability. Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to the e-commerce site. Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty programs. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify competitive advantages and new growth avenues. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking performance against KPIs. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, growth initiatives, and key metrics for senior management. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth management, with a strong focus on online sales and customer acquisition. Proven track record of successfully scaling e-commerce businesses and achieving significant revenue growth. Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing for conversion. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Experience with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
