Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field, with expertise in HubSpot

Proven ability to build and manage workflows and nurture strategies

Strong understanding of marketing best practices and data accuracy

Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar

Familiarity with community culture and user trends
