Marketing Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead, Community Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of the Community Growth Funnel roadmap and automate workflows
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop diversified channel operations
Define and implement channel strategies for email, push notifications, and app channels
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field, with expertise in HubSpot
Proven ability to build and manage workflows and nurture strategies
Strong understanding of marketing best practices and data accuracy
Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar
Familiarity with community culture and user trends
