A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall project execution, ensuring client and team collaboration to meet objectives

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing healthcare insights and knowledge

Coach and mentor junior staff, enhancing their skills through an apprenticeship model

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years' experience in clinical transformation initiatives with healthcare providers, including 2+ years in a management role

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Effective leadership capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus
