Ecommerce Account Manager

A company is looking for an Ecommerce / Marketplace Account Manager to join their Omnichannel Retail team.

Manage account relationships and develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotions

Collaborate with marketing to enhance product content and implement retail media campaigns while monitoring ROI

Analyze sales trends and establish KPIs to identify growth opportunities and guide leadership decisions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-7 years in ecommerce retail

Experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central or Seller Central) is strongly preferred

Familiarity with large retailers like Wayfair and Overstock

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Solid business acumen related to pricing, margin, and retail financial models
