Tasks

• Responsible for all CMS data that makes up the search widget on the Air Canada Vacations website
• Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of search results on the Air Canada Vacations website (destinations, landmarks, hotel names, etc)
• Analyze and provide feedback on the quality of search results to improve search, either at a feature level or in maintenance of data
• Conduct regular audits of search results to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure relevant data is presented in the search widget
• Use various tools and techniques to assess search results and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in search engine algorithms and travel industry standards.
• Report findings and insights to relevant stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• *Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Information Technology, Tourism, or equivalent experience).
• 2 years or more of experience managing web content directly in an ecommerce platform/CMS (i.e. Salesforce, Magento, etc.)
• Solid track record of using sales & analytics data to make well-informed decisions
• Well organised and meticulous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of web analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics
