I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage several ongoing marketing activities for my digital marketing agency. This role is focused specifically on improving our company’s online visibility, exposure, and consistency across key platforms.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working within established processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage business citations using tools such as Whitespark

Create and maintain company profiles on relevant platforms, including:

Clutch

GoodFirms

LinkedIn

Chambers of Commerce and industry directories

Assist with managing a content calendar

Coordinate with writers and help manage the publishing of content

Upload and publish evergreen content to the website

Manage and optimize local business profiles, including Google Business Profile

Create and schedule regular posts for

Google Business Profile

LinkedIn

Facebook

Twitter/X

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or marketing assistant

Familiarity with local SEO, citations, and business directories (Whitespark experience is a plus)

Comfortable managing content workflows and basic publishing tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Clear communicator and dependable with deadlines

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience working with digital marketing or SEO agencies

Basic understanding of social media posting and content scheduling tools

Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
