Seeking a highly capable, proactive Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to support a wide range of tasks across content creation, tools setup, research, data organization, and problem-solving. This role is for someone who is tech-comfortable, quick to learn, and able to execute tasks with minimal hand-holding once trained. You will be working directly with the owner on projects spanning marketing, automation, content, and general digital operations.

### Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot digital tools (marketing platforms, CRM systems, tracking tools, automation tools, etc.).
• Assist with content creation including formatting, drafting, and preparing assets for publishing.
• Conduct research and gather data for marketing tasks, client work, and internal projects.
• Create simple graphics, visuals, or AI-generated assets when needed.
• Build spreadsheets, track data, and support organization of project information.
• Prepare email newsletters or templates and assist with outbound communication tasks.
• Handle general problem-solving, task execution, and project support across various digital marketing workflows.
• Turn client needs and email requests into clear action steps and ensure the correct team members carry them out in a timely manner.
