About the role

This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives for a premium London-based chauffeur service. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social media, paid advertising, email, and content marketing. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and developers, you will ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. The position requires a strategic mindset to align marketing activities with business objectives, as well as a hands-on approach to campaign optimization and performance analysis. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage creative teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Deliverables

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across web, social, paid ads, email, and content platforms
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely completion
• Facilitate effective communication between creative and technical teams
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital marketing projects, ideally within the luxury or service sector
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing best practices
• Experience with UGC ad creation and performance tracking
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with creative team workflows and digital campaign lifecycles
• Based in the UK or able to work UK business hours preferred
