Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Brampton, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing training to team members, managing the sales process, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business goals and lead teams successfully.
• Experience in Training team members to improve their sales and customer interaction skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and goal-oriented mindset to drive results.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, is an advantage.
