• *E-COMMERCE / LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE**

Full-Time

The Ecommerce/Logistics Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of online orders and general shipping needs of the store as well as receiving and assistance with getting new product onto the sales floor as it arrives from vendors.

• *What you will do in this role**:
• Fulfills orders with 100% accuracy and transparency
• Reacts quickly to customer inquiries and orders
• Accurately and courteously responds to customer requests for information and order inquiries
• Provides excellent customer service to Skiis & Biikes’ internal and external customers
• Organizes and maintains shipping equipment, notifies Manager about low packaging stock
• Reports price discrepancies and errors, takes steps to correct these
• Responsible for receiving new products against packing slips and then inputting into system
• *Requirements for this role**:
• Ability to quickly learn new computing software
• Proven organizational skills and ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented work
• Prior ski/snowboard industry experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
• High energy level with a strong work ethic
• Motivated to maintain an accurate and precise online presence for Skiis & Biikes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload
