This position is located at our Scipi Headquarters in St. Cloud, also known as the Granite City, is home to several parks and attractions highlighting our granite mining history. For example, Quarry Park and Nature Preserve is a 683 acre preserve with 20 former granite quarries and is a great place to swim, scuba, fish, climb, or admire.
Position Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist leads day-to-day execution of digital initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, paid and organic campaigns, social media support, analytics, and internal digital platforms. This position plays a vital role in implementing cross-channel campaigns, improving performance, and maintaining multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position has a base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Essential Functions
- Website & Digital Platform Management: maintain and optimize company websites by improving user experience and conversion pathways, developing and managing campaign landing pages, and monitoring performance to recommend ongoing enhancements
- SEO & Search Optimization: drive organic growth by conducting keyword research aligned with business goals, implementing on-page SEO best practices, supporting technical SEO efforts with external partners, and tracking and reporting on organic performance
- Marketing Automation & CRM Support: support end-to-end email and marketing operations by executing campaigns and segmentation, assisting with automation workflows, maintaining CRM alignment and lead tracking, and contributing to performance and attribution reporting
- Digital Campaign Execution: execute integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, and email while supporting organic social scheduling, monitoring and optimizing performance within budget, and collaborating with the Marketing Designer to deliver cohesive cross-channel campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting: maintain Google Analytics dashboards, track key CPL and conversion metrics, deliver monthly reporting summaries, and identify performance trends to recommend tactical improvements
- Internal Digital Communications: support the Sharepoint-based intranet by publishing and organizing internal marketing and culture content while ensuring digital resources remain current and accessible

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of SEO and search strategy
- Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance searching
- Experience with website CMS platforms
- Strong analytical and date interpretation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work across multiple brands in a collaborative environment
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Required Experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience executing digital campaigns and performance optimization
- Experience with website management and CMS platforms
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience in multi-brand environments
- Experience working in SharePoint-based intranet platforms
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based work environment
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional travel to company locations or events as needed
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
