We have reached several million £s in ARR having never taken a penny of outside funding, and we’re looking for a marketing expert to help propel us in our next stage of growth.
The Role
We’re recruiting for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of executing our marketing strategy and drive results through our growing marketing team. You’ll be the operational leader who ensures campaigns are delivered on time, messaging stays sharp, and our marketing engine runs efficiently and effectively.
You’ll join a marketing team of four, covering marketing ops/paid media, content/copy, design, and social/video, and help them deliver their best work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, building accountability, and translating strategy into measurable performance.
What You Will Do
1. Execution & Performance Leadership
- Own Strategy Execution: Directly manage the implementation of the marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
- Performance Accountability: Establish, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g. awareness, trial volumes, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition) to the leadership team, implementing adjustments to optimize performance.
- GTM Strategy Implementation: Execute the go-to-market plan for our B2B SaaS product, specifically driving performance in the high-volume, sales-assist model for SMBs (10-250 employees), while also supporting the traditional sales motion for larger accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and refine processes, tools, and workflows to maximise efficiency and maintain high levels of team productivity.
2. Team Management & Development
- Day-to-Day Leadership: Provide strong, motivational leadership and coaching to a small, multi-disciplinary team.
- Performance Management: Set transparent expectations, manage workloads effectively, and foster a culture of accountability for high-quality, timely delivery.
- Maximise Team Output: Act as a force-multiplier, guiding the team to achieve high performance and professional growth whilst ensuring the team hits its collective deadlines and goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales leadership and Product teams to ensure campaigns and messaging are aligned and effective at every stage of the funnel.
What You Will Bring

- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals, particularly balancing brand building with short-term activation.
- Demonstrable track record of translating high-level strategy into tactical execution and driving measurable, quantifiable results.
- Strong operational discipline and an innate understanding of marketing performance metrics, analytics and reporting.
