As eCommerce continues to emerge as a critical growth engine, ROBINSON is looking to further modernize and expand its digital commerce capabilities. An opportunity now exists for a leader focused both on direction and delivery to join the organization as Director, eCommerce. The role reflects the company’s commitment to eventually treating eCommerce as a stand-alone, profitable business, one that is tightly integrated with showrooms, branches, and outside sales while expanding opportunities across retail and trade channels.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Director, eCommerce will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of ROBINSON’s eCommerce business across both retail and trade channels. With P&L accountability, this role will drive revenue, optimize digital performance, and help shape a seamless multi-channel customer experience. The Director will lead a small team spanning customer service, merchandising, and product ownership, while collaborating closely with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to deliver an integrated approach that fuels growth for the entire business.

The ideal candidate is an experienced eCommerce leader with a proven track record of growing profitable eCommerce businesses and leading high-performing teams in growth-oriented environments. Specific experience in B2C and B2B eCommerce, ideally with Shopify Plus and ERP-integrated platforms, would be a strong asset. They will bring deep expertise in digital merchandising, customer acquisition, and conversion, paired with the ability to work cross-functionally in a relationship-driven organization. The Director must be a commercially minded leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment, excited to build something new while earning trust and alignment across the field.

This is an incredible opportunity to develop a new vision and strategy for the eCommerce platform for an already well established, highly successful Canadian success story. The role is ideally based in Vancouver with consideration given to other locations in Western Canada.

In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $120,000-150,000 plus bonus and benefits but may vary based on the successful candidate.
