Amazon Key and Ring are seeking a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to lead our Professional Channel marketing initiatives and drive growth across our installer, dealer, and distributor channels. This strategic role will oversee the go-to-market function responsible for expanding our presence in the professional installation channel and launching new products, features, and services tailored to the pros. Key job responsibilities
- Create and execute the channel marketing strategy to grow sales through the channel
- Develop targeted marketing activations focused on expanding product adoption among Pro installers
- Own design and production of in warehouse merchandising for distribution partners
- Partner with event teams on event attendance, production and execution
- Own MDF budgeting, execution, and ROI
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and product to develop and execute integrated go-to-market for new product launches
- Manage program budget and report regularly on results to leadership
A day in the life
You dive deep to understand the Pro Channel's needs and motivations. You work backwards to develop innovative marketing strategies that enable the channel and drive interest with new Pros. You raise the bar on scalable mechanisms like the Dealer Portal to set the channel up for success and drive new sales growth. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling content on the existing portfolio and go-to-market strategies for new product and service launches. You work every day to make the channel program highly sought-after by pros everywhere!

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience working within the channel- and partner community across multiple sales segments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
