E-Commerce Sales Manager (Amazon FBA Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ECommerce Sales Manager with Amazon FBA experience to play a key role in driving revenue growth across diverse markets, including B2B and B2C , ecommerce, mass retail and specialty retailers. This pivotal role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, support outside sales representatives and expanding the business footprint through innovative approaches. The ideal candidate hands‑on, analytical, and capable of balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day commercial execution. Salary + Bonus

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational growth objectives across various industries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Engage in technical and business development discussions with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Manage national account relationships across ecommerce, Amazon, key retailers, and independent specialty stores.
  • Support and collaborate with outside sales representatives to drive retail penetration and channel growth.
  • Partner with the Commercial Manager on mass retail strategy, including line reviews, promotional planning, and business development.
  • Monitor retailer performance, sell‑through, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize the company ERP system for order management, pricing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Work within retailer portals and reporting tools
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS365 tools (Excel modelling, PowerPoint, Teams).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in consumer goods, toys, entertainment products, or related retail categories.
  • Amazon FBA experience
  • Experience managing or supporting key accounts across ecommerce, Amazon, and brick‑and‑mortar channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel proficiency (modelling, reporting, sales analytics).
  • Practical understanding of ERP systems and digital retail tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and comfort working in a small, agile corporate environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse audiences across global markets.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving demand generation efforts.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
