Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Manage client accounts as the primary contact—lead meetings, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication and feedback.

2. Sales and Business Development: Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth, including assisting with proposals and new business opportunities.

3. Project Management: Create scopes, timelines, and budgets while managing cross-functional teams and communication to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and executed smoothly.

4. Reporting and Analytics: Deliver KPI-based performance reports, monitor campaign results, and optimize strategies to ensure strong ROI and project success.

5. Collaboration and Strategy: Align client strategies with goals and grant requirements, collaborate with teams to improve performance and retention, and contribute to process and communication improvements.

Requirements

Project Management: Experience managing multiple clients and marketing projects simultaneously.
Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at client relationship building.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, project management, and reporting tools.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and support team development.
