Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing, and campaign coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in coordinating content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
• Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Assist with the creation and organization of marketing assets and presentations
• Track campaign performance and compile basic reports and analytics
• Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional initiatives
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
