RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize and manage product listings, presence, and pricing across all third party marketplace accounts
• Monitor the “health” status of third party marketplace accounts, fixing account and product listing issues as required
• Regular account maintenance (Checking policy compliance status)
• Prepare and organize standardized reports and metrics of third party marketplace account performance for Executives
• Create and update product listings and descriptions using best practices
• Monitor listings, identify the root cause of stranded/suppressed listings and make all necessary listing corrections
• Manage customer orders, returns, and stranded inventories quickly and efficiently
• *REQUIREMENTS**:
• Strong customer-service attitude
• Independent and able to navigate through internal processes with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues
• A minimum of 1 year experience with Amazon Seller Central is required
• Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful
• Other pool-industry related experience is considered to be an asset
