Position Overview
We're looking for a
motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist
to support our growing online business. In this role, you'll assist with product listing optimization, inventory monitoring, digital marketing support, and performance reporting across platforms such as
Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Commission Junction
. You'll work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to help drive sales, improve customer experience, and support key promotional campaigns.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has foundational experience in ecommerce or digital marketing and is looking to grow their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Content Management
- Assist with creating, updating, and optimizing product listings in Shopify (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, images).
- Upload website content including promotional banners, landing pages, and seasonal collections.
- Maintain consistent, brand-aligned content across all digital channels.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Support the setup and QA of discount codes and promotional offers.
- Assist in creating landing pages and curated collections to support launches and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely launches and accurate messaging.
Inventory & Site Maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in product availability updates and site merchandising.
Performance Reporting
- Pull data and help build reports using
Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Commission Junction
.
- Support performance tracking for traffic, conversion, and campaign ROI.
Email & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in drafting email campaigns (copy, layout) and ensuring accurate audience segmentation via platforms like
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend
.
- Provide support for digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), including light copy, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Communicate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, creative) to keep everyone aligned on launches, updates, and campaign timing.
- Help document timelines and campaign briefs.
Administrative & Ad Hoc Projects
- Support the ecommerce team with ad hoc tasks such as data entry, product audits, testing, and special projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience
in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in
Shopify
(or similar platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficient in
Google Workspace
, especially Sheets.
- Familiarity with
GA4
,
Commission Junction
, and ecommerce reporting best practices.
- Basic understanding of
email marketing tools
(Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Exposure to
paid media platforms
like Google Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Physical/Mental Requirements and Work Environment
This position is primarily sedentary working in front of a computer in an air-controlled environment. Frequent use of eyesight, fingering, and ability to sit for long periods is required.
