As the Senior Lead - Creative, you will champion On's brand vision across North America (NA), leveraging the power of storytelling through athlete achievements, community passions, and innovative products to craft disruptive, effective, and culturally impactful work. Reporting to the Head of Creative Studio on the Americas Creative Studio team, you will support the AMER region, elevating On's brand image and connecting with diverse communities. This role leads all creative endeavors to ensure consistent storytelling and impactful commercial initiatives, while leading and developing a small team of creatives.
Your Mission
- Lead regional NA creative teams across regional campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing leads and global creative & strategy, identifying what matters most to our communities
- Provide comprehensive creative leadership and approval for all initiatives across North America (e-commerce, store events, run clubs)
- Develop creative concepts that can solve complex challenges in innovative ways generate ideas for established and emerging platforms, delivering solutions that create business impact and cultural moments
- Collaborate with creatives, designers, and production to execute ideas with creative excellence, preserving the integrity of the core idea
- Inspire and lead by example, being proactive and providing guidance for the team and the department
- Partner with Studio Management to maintain a transparent creative process and ensure the on-time delivery of all briefed projects
- Coach and develop team members, providing clear, actionable feedback to help them grow and reach their full potential
Your story
- You bring 7+ years of experience in progressive creative roles, primarily gained at premium and performance-oriented global retailers or creative agencies, managing high-impact campaigns across diverse channels and markets
- You have 1+ years of direct people leadership experience, successfully leading and mentoring a creative team or pod responsible for executing regional and integrated marketing initiatives
- You possess a proven ability to develop and articulate a cohesive, impactful, and globally consistent creative vision for a premium retail brand across all consumer touchpoints
- You have a deep, hands-on understanding of the entire retail customer journey, with expertise in creating seamless creative experiences across in-store, digital, and experiential moments
- You have extensive experience in leading and directing creative for North America, demonstrating cultural competence and the ability to adapt a global brand vision to resonate with diverse local markets and consumer segments
- You are comfortable managing and allocating creative budgets and resources across various departments and external agency partners, ensuring output is on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
- You can confidently present and defend creative concepts to senior leaders while fostering alignment and leading through influence
- You maintain an expert proficiency in relevant digital creative tools and a current understanding of digital marketing best practices and media channel optimization
- You are able to travel up to 40% of the time to On’s global hubs and creative moments, with travel percentage fluctuating based on business needs

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus + equity: $120,000-$150,000.
