Are you an entrepreneurial eCommerce leader ready to take a growing brand to the next level?

A well-established, privately held company in the general merchandise and gift category is looking for a Manager, eCommerce Sales & Optimization to drive the expansion of our direct-to-consumer business.

We’ve built a strong foundation supplying major national retailers — now we’re focused on accelerating online growth across gift, hardware, tech, and seasonal categories. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own everything from strategy and performance marketing to site optimization and conversion.

What You’ll Do

💡 Manage and optimize our eCommerce site for performance and conversion

📈 Lead paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more — maximizing ROI and ROAS

🛍️ Drive product presentation, merchandising, and launch strategies

📊 Analyze trends and data to identify new growth opportunities

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products and campaigns to life

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years leading and scaling eCommerce businesses ($5M+ in annual online revenue)

✅ Proven success in digital advertising and performance-based marketing

✅ Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Faire

✅ Strong analytical mindset with creativity for visual merchandising

✅ Proactive, results-oriented, and ready to make an impact
