Position Summary
Nordet & Co. is looking for a creative, organized, experienced and highly proactive Social Media & Project Manager to support and grow the digital presence of multiple clients.
In this hybrid role (approx. 70% social media / 30% project coordination), you will:
- Lead social strategy and execution for several client accounts
- Produce engaging content
- Manage communities and performance analytics
- Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, freelancers, and timelines
- Ensure all projects move forward seamlessly and on time

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (70%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more for multiple clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations of each social account.
- Create compelling content (short videos, photography direction, copywriting) — with support from creative collaborators.
- Engage with communities: comments, DMs, proactive interaction.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for clients.
- Build, manage, and optimize monthly editorial calendars.
- Track performance, analyze metrics, and propose improvements based on insights.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
Project Coordination (30%)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, client deliverables, creator partnerships, and internal workflows.
- Manage timelines, briefs, feedback loops, and quality control.
- Do partner outreach and track deliverables.
- Organize assets, approvals, and project documentation.
- Ensure alignment between Nordet & Co., collaborators, and client teams.
- Participate in client check-ins and monthly reporting.
Optional (Assets)
- Support influencer marketing
- Contribute to email newsletters and automations (strategy, writing, scheduling)
- Support paid social campaigns (briefing, implementation, reporting)
Desired Profile
Essential Qualities
- Exceptional storytelling skills — you know how to craft content that resonates.
- Highly autonomous, structured, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Creative intuition paired with strategic thinking.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills (you’ll manage several brands).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy improving processes and finding better ways to execute.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, agency or brand side.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms + tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Later/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator tools, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proven success growing online communities and improving engagement.
- Experience coordinating marketing projects or campaigns.
- Excellent writing skills (Bilingual is essential)
- Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actions.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations, UGC briefing, affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of the North American market.

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: Immediate, but we’re flexible. For us, every hire is strategic. Hence, we’re willing to take the time to find someone who fully shares our vision and energy.
- Annual Salary: Based on experience. Bonus possibilities.
- Work Location: Hybrid – with shared moments at our Mile End office in Montreal.
