Field Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our residential customer acquisition operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of field representatives, manage performance targets, and develop effective sales strategies to grow our customer base across assigned territories. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, along with hands-on experience in negotiation, business development, and team management. You should be comfortable leading by example in the field, coaching your team to close deals effectively, and analyzing performance data to optimize results. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients and prospects within an assigned territory to promote and sell products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
- Identify sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
- Provide post-sale follow-up and handle customer concerns or product inquiries
Qualifications
- Familiarity with computer networking principles and practices.
- Valid Driver License and social security with a clean records.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
