Performance Marketing / Paid Social Marketer (In-Office, North Acton, London)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time, Permanent | 5 days in the office (non-negotiable)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, highly driven, and data-led Performance Marketing/ Paid Social Marketer to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across our portfolio, with a major focus on Meta Ads (expert-level required), analytics, creative testing, and performance optimisation. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves blending creativity with numbers, and wants the autonomy to take charge from day one. Please note: This is an in-office role, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. Remote or hybrid working is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Use data and insights to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and ROI.
- Rapidly test and iterate creative, audiences, and messaging based on performance data.
- Work with the creative team to brief, guide, and refine marketing assets that resonate with audiences.
- Own reporting, dashboards, and insights across Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other platforms.
- Interpret data confidently and make actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is used efficiently.
- Stay informed about platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas into the team and contribute to creative discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within events, entertainment, or ticketing.
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager—you should know the platform inside out.
- Strong data and analytics skills, with confidence in attribution, tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
- Creative mindset with an eye for what drives attention, engagement, and conversions.
- Proactive, ambitious, and confident managing your own work within a growing team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas and influence direction.
- Someone who naturally wants to push boundaries, test ideas, and deliver strong results.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent role based in our North Acton office
- Office hours: 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
- 5 days in the office (non-negotiable)
