Job Title: SEO Manager (Enterprise / Technical SEO)

Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively pursuing an opportunity to provide a full-time SEO Manager for a client in Florida.

Role Overview

The SEO Manager owns the organic search strategy for high-visibility, content-rich websites. This role balances technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, and analytics to maximize discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy across large, multi-site platforms.
• Define and enforce SEO requirements during design and development.
• Own:
• Technical SEO architecture
• Indexation strategy
• Structured data/schema implementation
• International SEO (hreflang)
• Collaborate with developers on:
• Page speed optimization
• Core Web Vitals
• Crawlability
• Oversee content migration SEO planning and redirect strategies.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Provide ongoing SEO guidance to editors and content teams.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with enterprise or high-traffic websites.
• Strong technical SEO background.
• Experience working with CMS platforms.
• Proven success improving organic visibility at scale.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SEO experience with government websites.
• Experience with AI-driven search optimization.
• Familiarity with structured data at scale.
