We’re looking for a creative, proactive and digitally confident Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll capture and produce engaging social-first content, manage our digital channels and support campaigns that showcase daily life across our Nursery, Prep, Senior and Sixth Form.

In this role, you will

• Create short-form video, reels, photography and graphics
• Manage and schedule content across our social channels
• Write engaging copy for social, website pages, blogs and newsletters
• Maintain and update website content via our CMS
• Support SEO best practice
• Assist with paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Build monthly content calendars
• Work with our external videography agency on long-form projects
• Capture stories from across the School
• Support the wider marketing mix including events and admissions communications

We’re looking for someone who

• Has experience in digital marketing or content creation
• Is confident with video and photography
• Has excellent copywriting and attention to detail
• Is proficient with Canva (CapCut/Veed/Adobe a bonus)
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Enjoys working with pupils and staff across departments
• Brings creativity, warmth and a positive attitude
