Responsibilities

Key Duties

• Efficiently select and gather items for online orders, upholding our quality and freshness standards.
• Carry out the order selection process smoothly and accurately.
• Assemble customer orders and process payments swiftly.
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding their order status, including any substitutions or exceptions.
• Keep staging areas clean and organized at all times.
• Inspect and care for equipment, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to food safety procedures, company policies, and relevant laws.
• Assist in training new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) and the capacity to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Experience in stocking shelves or as a cashier is beneficial.
