We are looking for a dedicated Digital Experience Coordinator to help streamline the customer journey and enhance engagement through strategic digital initiatives. With your experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, you will play a key role in driving performance and meeting enterprise sales goals across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple teams to manage the end-to-end process of complex enterprise campaigns and initiatives.
- Create customer-focused digital experiences through compelling storytelling to boost sales across various channels.
- Oversee various projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Innovate and develop new capabilities for digital storytelling by working closely with design and technology teams.
- Implement effective data tracking, analyzing results to optimize digital experiences.
- Identify optimization opportunities and conduct A/B testing.
- Perform quality assurance checks on digital experiences with the production team.
- Partner with UX, Creative, and Development teams to ensure a seamless digital customer experience.
- Define project goals and ensure initiatives remain on track.
- Manage multiple projects and keep all stakeholders informed on timelines and deliverables.
- Craft clear creative briefs for collaboration on corporate initiatives.
- Review design requests for coherence and gather necessary assets.
- Enhance team collaboration and workflow processes.
- Organize meetings to monitor project milestones.
- Work with teams to define metrics and report on campaign performances.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of digital experience, particularly in eCommerce.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with diverse team members.
- Proven ability to enhance processes and solve problems efficiently.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and eCommerce best practices.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with a large retailer or multi-brand company.
- 3+ years in digital marketing or merchandising within a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing production processes and campaign management.
