The Director, Enterprise Transformation leads strategic transformation initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise goals. Provides vision, direction, and leadership for large-scale transformation efforts that span functions or business segments. Serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on enterprise improvement opportunities and strategic direction.
The Director, Enterprise Transformation oversees the design and execution of transformation strategies that advance organizational priorities and operational excellence. Leads cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and implementing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Develops transformation frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics to guide execution and accountability. Partners with executives and senior leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy and long-term goals. Provides expert consultation an transformation methodologies, organizational design, and change management practices. Oversees resource planning, budget development, and implementation of best practices to achieve sustainable results. Leads development of communications, reporting, and executive updates to share outcomes, insights, and recommendations. Builds a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments. Exercises strategic judgment and decision-making to address complex challenges and ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes at scale.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or other graduate degree
- Experience in healthcare services
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile certification
Additional Information
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$168,000 - $231,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
