What We Will Offer You: - A Competitive Salary - A 20% off Hudson Employee Discount - A 50% off Hudson Food & Beverage Discount - Paid Vaccine Incentive E Commerce Specialist Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy: Being responsible for the execution of local digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic, curating calendar for sale campaigns, the identification and coordination of local promotions, and the enrichment and optimization of local product descriptions in digital channels, to strategically grow eCommerce in the US and Canada. Working closely with the VP, Digital Marketing & Operations to develop strategies that will contribute to generate traffic and online sales on the employee site. Ecommerce Specialist Key Accountabilities: - Work with the VP, Digital Marketing and Global teams to implement the strategy and execution of the eCommerce website Emporium for internal stakeholders and valued partners - Responsible for delivering Emporium P&L. - Strategically grow the Emporium through catalog increase, revision and user acquisition in the US and Canada - To execute the marketing calendar for local promotions and launch of new categories and products within the eCommerce area - Work with global Product Owners and Product Managers to implement the local digital strategy to improve traffic acquisition, sales and conversion of the Emporium eCommerce site (incl A/B testing) - Work with Category Managers and Supply Chain Planners to determine sale items and upcoming releases and inventory replenishment - Enrich and optimize product local descriptions and updating them in system - Coordinate with warehouse to ensure deployment of Supply Chain fulfillment - Optimize end-to-end cluster-specific customer journeys by devising new solutions, services, products, or propositions - Identify and implement new opportunities throughout the customer journey to deliver high performing, agile customer interactions, and touch points Ecommerce Specialist Required Qualifications: - Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail and/ or travel industry (with a strong focus on eCommerce) - Deep understanding in all the commercial levers to drive performance (range, price, experience, marketing) - Experience with Adobe Magento Platform specifically - Update and revise catalog items to reflect product descriptions on website - Display expertise in customer journey management, digital and communications - Experience with UX/UI designers and Agencies to create creatives for use on Emporium website. - Commercial yet customer-first mindset with the ability to identify customer needs - Understanding of the dynamics of the local market - Experience working on an eCommerce operation with entrepreneurial spirit and financial literacy - 3-5 years of eCommerce operations experience Ecommerce Specialist Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in campaign building tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target and Analytical tools such as Google Analytics - Strong background in digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization & experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights.
