Hubaco Ltd is the company behind Terra Nova, Wild Country, Extremities, and YourSchoolUniform.com — respected UK brands supplying technical outdoor equipment, outdoor accessories and school uniform.

We are seeking a hands-on Group Marketing Manager to lead brand development and support commercial growth across both B2C and B2B channels. This role manages a small marketing team and works closely with the E-Commerce Manager, Sales and Product teams to deliver effective, measurable marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Lead and support digital marketing activity including social media, PPC, SEO, email and influencers/affiliate programmes
  • Work with the E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales performance and improve conversion
  • Manage the planning and delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, content and product presentation
  • Support B2B marketing requirements including trade show coordination and retailer communication
  • Manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring efficient delivery of all tasks
  • Monitor campaign and e-commerce performance using data-driven insights and report KPIs to senior leadership
  • Maintain strong brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Manage the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with strong digital focus
  • Demonstrable success in delivering brand growth and lead generation / online sales improvement
  • Experience in B2C marketing and B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Meta, etc.) and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experienced managing small teams and external agencies
  • Confident communicator with good copywriting skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently with accountability for results
