What You´ll Do
- Looking for experienced Project Managers to work with the HR team supporting the HAT Americas’ Operations & Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation.
- Willing to manage a variety of HR projects primarily working closely with HR workstreams leads in support of the broader AO strategy and transformation.
- Curious to gather business acumen, can learn rapidly and eagerly, and seeks to understand patterns through strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Agile in adjusting style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Support the HR strategic vision to prepare for future–ready operations (manufacturing and supply chain).
- Create, drive and execute transformative projects at pace and scale.
- Consistently challenge HR to “think big” while using data to focus on the areas that will have the most impact.
- Maintain critical relationships and collaborate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Controlling and HR COE to create practices that make impact on results.
- Steer and deliver HR strategic initiatives ensuring the desired benefits are realized on time in budget.
- Act as Lead PMO, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timeline.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and HR productivity.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- 5 years working experience, ~> 1-2 years of proven project management experience.
- Manufacturing HR experience a plus.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- A self-starter, who has excellent organizational skills to initiate and be change agent for cross functional/larger teams.
- Acumen for digitalization and sustainability.

The salary for this role is $145,000.00- $175,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
