Location: Telford / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £35,000

HeLM Recruit are working exclusively with a leading organisation in manufacturing to appoint a Commercial Marketing Executive. This role requires specification marketing experience and offers the chance to shape strategy and deliver impactful campaigns. We are totally open to the marketing background you have; but it is vitally important to have someone with experience in specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the specification marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage a partnership scheme, growing membership and value proposition.
• Create and maintain specification collateral across print and digital platforms.
• Organise and attend industry events, supporting the Specification Sales Team.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in specification marketing within technical or industrial products.
• Strong CRM management skills to track and assign leads.
• Ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Skilled in content creation for brochures, websites, newsletters, and social media.

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing/specification.
• Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and analytics tools.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
