HawkRobo builds rugged, field-ready AI quadruped robots and modular sensor packages for public safety, facility inspection, and hands-on education. Our systems are used in real pilots and demos with law enforcement, schools, and facility teams.

Role summary

We’re hiring motivated college students and recent graduates to join our sales & marketing team. This role is hands-on: you’ll help find and qualify leads, support demo logistics, create bite-size marketing content, and learn how technical products get sold to procurement and operations teams. Great learning opportunity and real resume-building work.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and build segmented prospect lists across police departments, school districts, facilities teams, and systems integrators.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to introduce HawkRobo solutions and build high-value relationships with prospective customers and partners.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess organizational needs, and translate customer requirements into tailored solution angles and demo narratives.
  • Schedule product demos and pilot meetings for the sales team, ensuring all briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documents are fully prepared.
  • Draft concise marketing copy and social content to support outreach campaigns, events, and brand visibility across digital channels.
  • Monitor outreach KPIs, pilot outcomes, and customer feedback to support continuous GTM process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce), track pipeline activities, and provide regular reporting on progress and performance trends.
  • Support on-site demos, open houses, and customer sessions — including setup, note-taking, logistics, and capturing actionable customer insights.

Who should apply

  • Current college students or graduates within the last 12 months.
  • Comfortable making outreach by message or phone and writing short marketing copy.
  • Organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills; CRM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in tech, robotics, public safety, or education is helpful but not required.

Hours & compensation

  • Flexible: part-time during term or full-time; paid hourly / stipend or entry-level salary depending on role.
  • In-person attendance required for demos/events in Irvine.
