At Goldline Curling, we’re passionate about the sport and the community behind it. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **Brand & Marketing Manager** who can champion our brand across every channel, every touchpoint, and every customer experience, from retail to eCommerce, and from event banners to product packaging.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings both **creative design expertise** and **strategic brand vision**, with the ability to roll up their sleeves and execute while mentoring a direct report and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

  • *What You’ll Do**
  • *Be the Brand Steward**
  • Help bring Goldline’s values to life: respect, camaraderie, inclusion and a deep love for the game, through consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
  • Serve as the primary steward of the Goldline Curling brand. Manage its look, its tone, and how it shows up in every customer and partner interaction.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guide, ensuring consistency in all internal and external materials.
  • Act as a resource and champion of brand standards with internal departments and partner organizations.
  • Help define and maintain the brand voice in written and spoken content.
  • *Plan and Execute Marketing Strategy**
  • Take ownership of, and collaborate on, marketing initiatives across departments, from retail and events to customer service and product, driving projects forward and ensuring timely execution.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
  • Work closely with the CEO and project stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to optimize campaigns, messaging, and content.
  • *Design, Write, and Deliver**
  • Develop scripts that reflect Goldline’s tone of voice for podcast brand reads, IVR/phone systems, and assist with TV commercial planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with external designers or production partners as needed for overflow work or specialized projects.
  • *Support Merchandising and Product Storytelling**
  • Collaborate with the Product Merchandising Coordinator to align product packaging, descriptions, and photography with brand strategy.
  • Direct or coordinate photoshoots to ensure product and lifestyle photography reflects the brand vision.
  • Review product merchandising and digital presence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • *Lead and Mentor**
  • Directly supervise and coach the Product Merchandising Coordinator, helping them grow within the company and deliver high-impact work.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure brand alignment and a unified customer experience.
  • *What You Bring**
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, including people management experience.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in graphic design and marketing content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace is required.
  • Strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent brand tone across platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to balance creativity with follow-through.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
