You will conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint target demographics, analyze competitor offerings, and guide the development of cutting-edge campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily production of both internal and external marketing and communication projects aligned with the marketing calendar. Drive additional revenue and leads through digital channels while enhancing brand awareness.
  • Ensure all online customer interactions are consistent with CPS brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CPS Marketing team to implement digital marketing campaign activities, including deploying and developing digital advertising assets such as emails, social media content, web banners, and web pages.
  • Enhance the user experience by identifying key conversion and drop-off points, continuously optimizing the user funnel.
  • Utilize e-commerce tools to highlight high-margin and key brands, and strategically promote these brands in line with marketing contributions and company objectives.
  • Investigate and trial new digital channels and tools to maximize return on investment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CPS resource library for both internal and external content, coordinating with agencies and third parties to produce visuals while preserving brand identity.
  • Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM tool, including customer records, email lists, landing pages, and surveys.
  • Contribute to the overall planning of marketing strategies.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B context; experience in wire and cable distribution is a plus but not required.
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot & Salesforce).
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
