Direct Response Marketing Specialist

Garage Style Ltd is the UK’s leading premium garage transformation brand. We design and install high-end garage interiors, floor systems, lighting and storage solutions for homeowners who want their garage to look as good as the rest of their home.

Our work is trusted by celebrities, professional athletes, influencers, luxury car collectors and high-net-worth clients across the UK and our brand is growing fast.

Now, we’re looking for a highly experienced, performance-driven Direct Response Marketer to take our marketing to the next level.

About the Role

This is a senior-level, hands-on marketing role for someone who lives and breathes direct response. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, increasing conversions, and scaling our brand presence across all performance channels.

You’ll work closely with our founder and team to continue scaling Garage Style as the most dominant voice in the premium garage space.

You’ll lead strategy and execution across

• Paid advertising (Meta, Google, Pinterest, Local Magazine)
• Organic and paid influencer collaborations
• Content strategy for all social channels
• Email marketing & automated nurture sequences
• Direct mail campaigns to high-income postcodes
• Landing pages & conversion optimisation
• Creative testing & performance reporting

This role is 100% based in our Welwyn Garden City office where you’ll collaborate daily with the team, have access to our full content library, and help shape high-end shoots with celebrities and influencers.

What We’re Looking For

A marketer who is obsessed with results, not vanity metrics. Someone who understands human psychology, knows how to trigger response, and thrives on measurable performance.

Essential Experience

• 4+ years in direct response marketing
• Proven track record of scaling paid ads profitably
• Strong understanding of funnels and lead generation.
• Expert in social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Ability to write compelling hooks, headlines, and offers
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data, dashboards, and testing frameworks
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
