  • *Flaman Fitness **has an exciting opportunity for you We currently have an opening for an energetic, innovative and ambitious **eCommerce Administrator** to join our team This position will be based out of **Yellowhead location** in **Edmonton, Alberta.**

  • *Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
  • Daily communication with our Fitness Management, Sales and Marketing Teams
  • Monitor Shopify sites to ensure that they are running optimally and that there are no issues with the customer journey throughout the site
  • Work with the Marketing to update the website for specific product launches, sales
  • Responsible for initial entering of basic product details and SKUs within the Shopify sites
  • Write concise informative, and engaging descriptions for products
  • Monitor/manage current Sales Apps within the Shopify sites and assess the need for any additional Apps
  • Daily review of sales data/inventory and complete inventory updates to coordinate logístically with shipping and stores to optimize management
  • Manage product merchandising, promotional setup activities, reporting, access authorization and other site management functions
  • Project managing various Shopify projects and facilitate new customizations
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols

  • *SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
  • Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customer base, catering to target markets and providing quality online services
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role and at least 3 years web administration experience
  • Digitally savvy and detail oriented
  • Experience with Shopify’s architecture and implementing Shopify apps and integration patterns
  • Experience with Shopify database of product, order, and customers
  • Sales expertise
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
  • Familiarity with fitness equipment with a strong interest in Fitness and Healthy Living
  • Have a great sense of humor
