The role
We're building out a new Growth Team at Flipturn to drive revenue growth via early-funnel sales and marketing. You'll be the third member of this team, working alongside the founding growth hires to design and execute playbooks that power Flipturn's go-to-market engine.
This is equal parts analytical, experimental, and execution-focused. You'll work across outbound sales, marketing, and analytics projects, rapidly testing ideas, measuring results, and automating and scaling what works.
This is an ideal role if you want to see how a high-growth climate tech startup builds its commercial engine from the ground up.
What you'll work on
You'll have broad exposure across revenue-driving initiatives, including:
- Lead gen: Building target account lists, managing campaigns, and experimenting with new approaches to reach customers
- Marketing: Creating and scaling content programs, running audience growth experiments, and managing communications like feature updates
- Analytics: Owning CRM data quality, developing lead scoring frameworks, and conducting market analyses to inform strategy
- High-impact projects: Supporting events, partnerships, and other initiatives that accelerate Flipturn's growth
About you
We're looking for someone excited to join a small but quickly moving climate tech startup in the EV charging space.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy:
- Being part of a small, entrepreneurial team building new functions from scratch

- Moving seamlessly between outbound sales, marketing, and analytics work

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of work experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in early-stage startups or consulting a plus
- Comfort with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and data analysis preferred
