Digital Marketing Manager

My publicly held client in the medical device manufacturing industry is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the company’s digital presence, full digital funnel, including social media, website management, digital advertising, SEO, content development, and analytics. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market understanding, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and navigate regulatory requirements.
Candidates must have the following
- US Citizen or Green Card
- Ability to travel as needed (1 or so times a week) to Marlborough, MA
- Medical device industry experience
- Ideally start-up company experience or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) experience
Compensation is $110-170K + bonus + equity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Oversee website design, structure, user experience, content updates, and e-commerce functionality
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Drive SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and ongoing optimization
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar; write or oversee blog content
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and product teams on integrated campaigns
- Analyze digital performance metrics and report insights to leadership
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners as needed
- Ensure digital brand consistency across all platforms
- Perform additional duties as requested
