  • *Position Overview**

The **Digital Content & Social Media Specialist** plays a key role in shaping and amplifying Enzo Design Build’s brand presence across all digital channels. This role combines **creativity, storytelling, and digital marketing skills** with a strong understanding of **content creation and social media management**.

  • *Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Campaign Planning**
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and content strategies that align with Enzo’s branding and quarterly campaigns.
  • Create a detailed content plan at least **4 weeks in advance**, including posts, stories, blogs, videos, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build effective landing pages and improve the user experience.
  • Generate creative ideas for new campaigns, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
  • *Social Media & YouTube Management**
  • Manage all company social platforms**:Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Houzz, X, YouTube, TikTok**.
  • Plan video concepts, record content, edit videos, and maintain consistent uploads.
  • Produce and post:
  • Photos, Reels, Shorts, and Graphics
  • Stories and Tweets
  • Social media stickers and creative visuals
  • Schedule and manage a **consistent posting calendar** (minimum 2-4 weeks planned in advance).
  • Develop and manage **social media contests** and interactive campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channels.
  • *Content Creation (Photo / Video Production)**
  • Capture high-quality **jobsite progress photos and videos**.
  • Record and produce **vlogs**, including:
  • Storyboarding
  • Scheduling shoots
  • Managing wardrobe and lighting
  • Coordinating with potential sponsors or collaborators
  • Edit visual content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Suggest new visual and interactive features to boost brand engagement.
  • *Marketing Analytics & Reporting**
  • Track, measure, and report on performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversion).
  • Improve social media KPIs by at least **20% per week** where possible.
  • Evaluate performance of all digital activities and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Perform competitive research and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Prepare **weekly progress reports** and **daily activity logs** for management.
  • *General Marketing & Brand Development**
  • Write clear, engaging copy that reflects Enzo’s brand voice and values.
  • Maintain Enzo’s online reputation and respond to engagement professionally.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and trends.
  • Generate demand and awareness for Enzo Design Build’s services through creative storytelling.
  • Support on-site marketing initiatives and brand partnerships.
  • *Required Skills & Attributes**
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms and YouTube channels.
  • Strong creative eye for photo, video, and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to capture and edit original content.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • *Performance Metrics**
  • Consistency of publishing schedule (minimum 2-4 weeks pre-planned).
  • Social engagement growth (followers, likes, comments, shares).
  • Video and YouTube channel performance.
  • Lead generation and brand awareness improvements.
  • Creative initiative and alignment with company brand values.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
