Marketing Manager
Elite Multimedia Productions
Elite Multimedia is a full-service live event production company delivering high-impact audio, video, lighting, and LED solutions for tours, corporate events, and large-scale experiences nationwide. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting this growth by designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable revenue.
This position bridges brand storytelling and performance marketing—translating Elite’s technical expertise and real-world production capabilities into compelling campaigns that fuel business development and strengthen Elite’s position in the live events and production industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing, communications, or related fields with a proven track record of lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage marketing projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, SEO principles, and lead generation best practices.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS, and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success building and managing full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness and demand generation through lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff to sales, with measurable revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience creating, executing, and optimizing lead nurturing campaigns, including email workflows, drip campaigns, and segmented messaging aligned to buyer intent and sales stages.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar, including:
- Lead scoring and lifecycle stage management
- Campaign tracking and attribution
- Sales and marketing alignment reporting
