Paid Ads Specialist – Meta, Google, TikTok (E-commerce)

About the Role
Dollce Brands is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of Meta Ads, Google and TikTok Ads for our fast-growing beauty and wellness brands. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, scaling profitable campaigns, and managing all paid social strategy, creative testing, and performance analytics.
This role is ideal for someone with agency or DTC e-commerce experience who wants full control over paid growth, creative testing, budgets, and funnel optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
- Build, manage, and scale Meta, Google and TikTok ad campaigns
- Create full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Launch structured creative, audience, and offer tests
- Maintain CAC, ROAS, NC-ROAS, and MER targets
- Conduct daily optimisations and budget adjustments
- Identify winning products and scalable creative angles
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Analyse Motion dashboards and performance data
- Provide briefs to content creators for UGC and ad assets
- Test hooks, intros, formats, and variations
- Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify, and GA4 for deep analysis
- Produce weekly performance reports and insights
- Track cohorts, LTV, AOV, attribution, and product performance
- Present actionable next steps directly to the founder
Funnel & Growth Collaboration
- Analyse landing page and PDP performance
- Recommend CRO changes and funnel improvements
- Work with the E-commerce Manager on landing pages and analytics
- Work alongside marketing to align paid ads with email and organic strategy
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years managing paid ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong experience running Meta, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Proficient with Triple Whale and Motion
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, NC metrics, MER, attribution, and LTV
- Experience running structured A/B tests
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
