SEO Specialist

Since our inception, we've experienced steady growth and customers can now shop our products in more than 30 countries. At Desenio Group, you'll find a wide selection of posters and mounting solutions, such as poster hangers and clips - often inspired by Scandinavian style.

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across Desenio Group's two global brands. This is an individual contributor role focused on both strategy and execution, delivering SEO performance across multiple markets and working closely with E-commerce, Content, Tech, and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, setting the SEO roadmap, and ensuring high-quality implementation that drives traffic, visibility, and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Strategy & Performance

• Drive the SEO strategy across Desenio and Poster Store
• Identify growth opportunities across technical SEO, content, and on-site optimisation
• Set market priorities based on business impact and performance data
• Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, revenue, and KPIs

Operational Execution

• Conduct keyword research, opportunity analysis, and content gap assessments
• Optimise category, product, and editorial pages to improve visibility and conversion
• Manage on-page SEO elements including metadata, internal linking, and site structure
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across launches, campaigns, and site changes

Technical & Market insight

• Identify and prioritise technical improvements (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
• Monitor site health and proactively resolve SEO issues
• Analyze competitors and market trends across key regions
• Identify new opportunities to expand organic reach and reduce dependency on paid channels

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within e-commerce or a digital-first business
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
• Experience working with multiple markets and international SEO (hreflang, localization, etc.)
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, or similar

With fulfillment centers in the Czech Republic and the United States, we deliver art to customers around the world. Our group consists of around 100 employees representing over 20 nationalities and together we're solving problems every day to help the world become a more beautiful place with our affordable art.

Extent: This is a full-time position, with an initial probation period of 6 months.
